Through experiences in Italy and abroad, we have acquired a modus operandi that allows us to quickly prepare our creations with strictly fresh raw materials. We use 100% pure truffles and all our preparations are homemade. This is possible thanks to a background rooted in Umbria, where the family relationship with truffles hunters and their dogs, allows us to have a direct supply. We specialize in first courses with truffles and traditional Italian dishes in general,as well as Italian-style aperitifs where the protagonists are always the highest quality products! In addition to participation in trade fair events in Italy, France, Belgium and Switzerland, 10Grams is now permanently present at Wolf.
